1. What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard production turnaround time is 3-5 business days for most print products. For critical or urgent deadlines, we offer expedited express services including next-day and 24-hour rush processing on select items.
2. Do you offer professional in-house design services?
Yes, we do! Our in-house creative design team can assist you with everything from initial conceptual layouts and branding to setting up proper bleed margins and preparing existing files for professional-grade output.
3. Which file formats do you accept for printing?
We highly recommend submitting print-ready PDF files. We also fully accept Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Photoshop (.PSD), EPS, and high-resolution TIFF or JPEG formats. Please ensure all fonts are outlined and embedded images are in CMYK color space.
4. Do you provide nationwide shipping and local delivery?
Absolutely. We ship nationwide with standard, ground, and overnight delivery tiers tailored to your schedule. Local clients are also welcome to arrange convenient curbside pickup directly from our production headquarters.
5. Can I request a physical or digital proof before printing?
Yes, we send free digital PDF proofs for your review and explicit approval before any print run starts. Physical hardcopy proofs on specified paper stocks can also be prepared and shipped for an additional tooling fee.
